Several Distinct Meeting Accommodation Styles
Are Available.
Our Desert View Room, overlooking the 18th fairway of the Golf Club
at Eagle Mountain in Scottsdale, accommodates up to 30 people theatre
style, and can comfortably seat 35 for banquets. For smaller, more
intimate meetings in Scottsdale, our Saguaro Room can accommodate 12 and
the Ocotillo Room 15, boardroom to reception style.
In addition to the Inn's 10 "Two-room suites" that are perfect for
breakout sessions, one-on-one training or job interviews, we also have a
luxurious Hospitality Suite available. This room can be arranged for
informal "living room" style meetings, private dinners or small
receptions.
Our pool side patio features a cozy fireplace, panoramic views of the
surrounding mountains and golf course. Sunset receptions and other
outdoor gatherings are perfect for this outdoor venue and can
accommodate up to 50 people.
Our meeting services staff is dedicated to assist with every detail
including catering, presentation equipment, entertainment and a full
range of off-site activities.
